How much does membership cost?

  • Our Unlimited Membership is the best value for money option. Everyone is welcome, regardless of age, fitness level, etc. Come and join a genuinely inclusive community of people working hard to achieve their fitness goals.

    • £135/month (+3.1% processing fee).

    • Unlimited CrossFit Classes and Open Gym sessions.

    • Certified CrossFit coaches.

    • GVCF App access, including training diary features.

    • A comprehensive CrossFit training program written by us, to make you as fit, fast, and strong as possible.

    If you bring effort to your workouts, work with our coaches, and enjoy your training. You will get the results you want.

  • Our 10 Classes membership is perfect for those finding out how to fit CrossFit training into their lives, supplementing other sports, or managing a busy schedule.

    • £115/month (+3.1% processing fee).

    • 10 CrossFit Classes or Open Gym sessions.

    • The option to carry up to 3 classes over into the following month, for added flexibility.

    • Certified CrossFit coaches.

    • GVCF App access, including training diary features.

    • A comprehensive CrossFit training program written by us, to make you as fit, fast, and strong as possible.

    In a perfect world we’d love to see all of our athletes 3-5 times per week. But that just isn’t realistic for everyone. You can still get a lot of exposure to coaching, and make a lot of progress with 10 CrossFit classes per month.

  • We also offer 1-2-1 training, giving you the opportunity to personalise your training. It’s also no secret to us that training as part of a group just doesn’t work for some people.

    • £40 - 60 minute session

    • £20 - 30 minute session

    • The focus is entirely on you, fast-tracking your results.

    • Tailor your training towards specific goals.
